2 C. Hot Black Coffee

1 C. Cocoa Powder

1 C. Butter

½ C. Oil

3 C. Swerve Granular

½ C. Swerve Brown

6 Eggs

2 T. Vanilla

3 C. King Arthur Keto Wheat Flour

3 t. Baking Powder

2 t. Baking Soda

Easy Directions:

  1. Spray a Bundt cake pan and set aside.
  2. In large mixing bowl, mix coffee, cocoa, butter, oil, both Swerves and eggs. Add in vanilla.
  3. Fold in flour, baking powder and baking soda.
  4. Pour into pan.
  5. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes.
  6. Let cool and set.
