Ingredients:
2 C. Hot Black Coffee
1 C. Cocoa Powder
1 C. Butter
½ C. Oil
3 C. Swerve Granular
½ C. Swerve Brown
6 Eggs
2 T. Vanilla
3 C. King Arthur Keto Wheat Flour
3 t. Baking Powder
2 t. Baking Soda
Easy Directions:
- Spray a Bundt cake pan and set aside.
- In large mixing bowl, mix coffee, cocoa, butter, oil, both Swerves and eggs. Add in vanilla.
- Fold in flour, baking powder and baking soda.
- Pour into pan.
- Bake at 350 for 60 minutes.
- Let cool and set.
