Ingredients for Crust:

1 C.  Almond Flour

½ C. Swerve Granular

½ t. Salt

½ C. Butter Melted.

Easy Directions: Combine all the ingredients. Place firmly in heavily greased or sprayed springform pan or round pan. Prick the top with a fork. Bake for 15 minutes at 325. Let cool.

Ingredients for Filling:

1 C. Swerve Granular

2 Eggs

1/2 C. Lemon Juice

2 T. Almond or All-Purpose Flour

Easy Directions:

In an electric mixing bowl, whip the Swerve and eggs together until light and fluffy. Add in lemon juice and flour. Pour onto crust and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Let cool. Top with Swerve Confections.
