Filling Ingredients:
4 C. Fresh Sliced and Peeled Peaches
½ C. Purecane Brown Sweetener
1 T. Lemon Juice
1 T. Cinnamon
2 T. Flour
Crumble Ingredients:
1 C. Purecane Granular Sweetener
½ C. Melted Butter
1 Egg
1 C. Flour
1 T. Cinnamon
1 t. Baking Powder
Dash of Salt
Easy Directions:
- Spray a small to medium sized cast iron skillet with nonstick spray and set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine all filling ingredients until peaches are coated.
- Pour into cast iron.
- In a small bowl, combine all crumble ingredients and top peaches.
- Bake at 375 for 40 minutes.
- Serve with No Sugar Baker’s Whipped Cream Topping!
