Filling Ingredients:

4 C. Fresh Sliced and Peeled Peaches

½ C. Purecane Brown Sweetener

1 T. Lemon Juice

1 T. Cinnamon

2 T. Flour

Crumble Ingredients:

1 C. Purecane Granular Sweetener

½ C. Melted Butter

1 Egg

1 C. Flour

1 T. Cinnamon

1 t. Baking Powder

Dash of Salt

Easy Directions:

  1. Spray a small to medium sized cast iron skillet with nonstick spray and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, combine all filling ingredients until peaches are coated.
  3. Pour into cast iron.
  4. In a small bowl, combine all crumble ingredients and top peaches.
  5. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes.
  6. Serve with No Sugar Baker’s Whipped Cream Topping!
