Cookie Ingredients:

1 Stick Butter
1 Egg
1 /2 C. Swerve Brown
1 C. Swerve Granular
1 T. Vanilla
1 ¼ C. Pumpkin Puree
2 ½ C. All Purpose or Almond Flour
½ t. Salt
1 t. Baking Powder
1 t. Baking Soda
1 T. Cinnamon
1 t. Pumpkin Pie Spice


Frosting Ingredients:

8 Ounces Cream Cheese
½ C. Heavy Whipping Cream
1 T. Vanilla
¼ C. Swerve Confections

Easy Directions:

1. In mixing bowl, mix butter, Swerve Granular, Swerve Brown and the egg. Add in vanilla and pumpkin puree. Continue to mix.
2. In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice. Add to main mixing bowl and mix well.
3. Using a spoon, drop onto parchment paper lined baking sheet.
4. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Let cool.
5. For the frosting, beat together all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Top each cookie with a tab bit of frosting!
