Dough Ingredients:

½ C. Butter
¾ C. Swerve Brown
½ C. Pumpkin Puree
1 T. Vanilla
2 C. Flour or Almond Flour
2 T. Cinnamon
1 t. Cream of Tartar
1 t. Baking Soda
½ t. Baking Powder
1 t. Salt

Snickerdoodle Topping Ingredients:

½ C. Swerve Brown
½ C. Swerve Granular
1 T. Cinnamon

Easy Directions:

1. In a large mixing bowl, mix Swerve, butter, pumpkin and vanilla until nicely blended.
2. In a small bowl, combine flour, cream of tartar, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add to the first mixture and gently blend.
3. Line a cookie baking sheet with parchment paper. In a small bowl, combine the snickerdoodle topping ingredients. Spoon cookie dough into dough balls and roll into topping ingredients.
4. Place on baking sheet.
5. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Let cool.
