Ingredients:
1 C. Butter
½ C. Sour Cream
3 Eggs
1 C. Purecane Granular Sweetener
¾ C. Purecane Brown Sweetener
1 T. Vanilla
2 C. All-Purpose Flour
½ C. Dark Chocolate Cocoa Powder
1 ½ t. Baking Powder
1 ½ t. Baking Soda
½ t. Salt
½ C. Hot Water
Easy Directions:
- Spray a regular sized Bundt cake pan with nonstick spray and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, sour cream, eggs and both Purecane Sweeteners. Add in vanilla.
- In a small bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Fold into main batter.
- Mix well.
- Add in water.
- Mix well.
- Pour into Bundt cake pan.
- Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
- Let cake cool in pan for 5 minutes before removing from pan.
- To decorate the spider cake!
No Sugar Baker’s Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients:
8 Oz Cream Cheese
8 Oz Heavy Whipping Cream
¾ C. Purecane Confectioners Sweetener
1 T. Vanilla
Mix all ingredients until light and fluffy.
- Add in black food coloring and spread frosting onto cake.
- Take 8 black pipe cleaners and cut in half. Press into the cake forming a spider leg.
- Add two plastic eyes!
