Ingredients:

1 C. Butter


½ C. Sour Cream

3 Eggs

1 C. Purecane Granular Sweetener

¾ C. Purecane Brown Sweetener

1 T. Vanilla

2 C. All-Purpose Flour

½ C. Dark Chocolate Cocoa Powder

1 ½ t. Baking Powder

1 ½ t. Baking Soda

½ t. Salt

½ C. Hot Water

Easy Directions:

  1. Spray a regular sized Bundt cake pan with nonstick spray and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, sour cream, eggs and both Purecane Sweeteners. Add in vanilla.
  3. In a small bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Fold into main batter.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Add in water.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Pour into Bundt cake pan.
  8. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
  9. Let cake cool in pan for 5 minutes before removing from pan.
  10. To decorate the spider cake!

No Sugar Baker’s Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients:

8 Oz Cream Cheese

8 Oz Heavy Whipping Cream

¾ C. Purecane Confectioners Sweetener

1 T. Vanilla

Mix all ingredients until light and fluffy.

  1. Add in black food coloring and spread frosting onto cake.
  2. Take 8 black pipe cleaners and cut in half. Press into the cake forming a spider leg.
  3. Add two plastic eyes!
