2 C. Fresh Chopped Rhubarb
3 C. Fresh Sliced Strawberries
1/2 C. Swerve Granular
Zest from 1 Lemon
1 T. Lemon Juice
Toss of Salt

Ingredients for the Crumble Topping:

3/4 C. Chopped Pecans
1 C. Almond Flour
1 T. Cinnamon
1 t. Salt
½ C. Swerve Granular
½ C. Butter, Cut

Easy Directions:

In a medium mixing bowl, combine rhubarb, strawberries, lemon zest, lemon juice, Granular and salt. Spread into 10×10 baking pan. In a mixing bowl, mix pecans, almond flour, cinnamon, salt and Granular. Cut in butter. Using your hands combine the mixture – it will form crumbs like a crust. Put on top of berry mixture, spreading evenly. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. You can serve warm or cool—we like it with whipped cream!
