Ingredients:
2 C. Fresh Sliced and Peeled Peaches
1 C. Purecane Brown Sweetener
2 Eggs
½ C. Sour Cream
½ C. Oil
2 T. Whiskey
1 ½ C. Flour
2 t. Baking Soda
¾ C. Chopped Pecans
Easy Directions:
- Spray an 8×4 loaf pan with nonstick spray and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Purecane, eggs, sour cream, oil and whiskey. Add in mixture of flour and baking soda.
- Fold in peaches and pecans.
- Pour into loaf pan.
- Bake at 350 for 60 minutes.
- Let bread set while cooling!
