2 C. Fresh Sliced and Peeled Peaches

1 C. Purecane Brown Sweetener

2 Eggs

½ C. Sour Cream

½ C. Oil

2 T. Whiskey

1 ½ C. Flour

2 t. Baking Soda

¾ C. Chopped Pecans

Easy Directions:

  1. Spray an 8×4 loaf pan with nonstick spray and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Purecane, eggs, sour cream, oil and whiskey. Add in mixture of flour and baking soda.
  3. Fold in peaches and pecans.
  4. Pour into loaf pan.
  5. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes.
  6. Let bread set while cooling!
