2 C. Fresh Blueberries

¼ C. Swerve Granular

1 t. Vanilla

½ C. Lemon Juice

¾ C. Almond or All-Purpose Flour

1 t. Baking Powder

1 t. Cinnamon

½ t. Salt

½ C. Melted Butter

Easy Directions:

Spray a 8×8 baking dish and set aside. In small bowl, combine blueberries, Swerve, lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into baking dish. In same small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Pour on top of blueberry layer. Next, spread melted butter over dish and bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes. Let set and serve with No Sugar Baker Whipping Cream!
