Ingredients:
3 Skinless Chicken Breasts
6 Slices of Prosciutto
½ C. Gruyere, Grated
Salt
Black Pepper
1 Egg
Garlic Powder
1 C. Gluten Free Breadcrumbs
½ C. Flour
Easy Directions:
Pound the chicken breasts until they are flat. Place 2 pieces of prosciutto onto each breast and top with cheese. Gently roll up each breast and using toothpicks hold the circular form together. This next part is messy the but end result is worth it.
Using three plates. On one plate, scramble an egg for egg wash. On another, spread out the flour, salt and pepper and on the third, place the breadcrumbs. Taking each breast, first dip in the flour, then the egg, then the breadcrumbs. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Slice and enjoy!
