1 1/4 C. Swerve Brown
1 C. Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/3 C. Vegetable Oil or Butter
1 t. Salt
1 T. Vanilla
2 C. King Arthur High Protein Flour OR All-Purpose Flour
2 ½ T. Baking Powder
- In a large mixing bowl, blend together the Swerve, the egg, almond milk, oil and vanilla. Fold in flour, baking powder and salt. Mix until just blended.
- Bake at 350 in loaf pan for 45 minutes! Let cool.
